VolleyTotz is a dynamic, fun filled program for kids ages 3-8 that teaches athletic skills with a focus on volleyball.

This engaging 2+ hour video features a coach's orientation on the history of the VolleyTotz program, shares the recommended equipment, philosophies and rationale behind each exercise, and provides a walk through for all coaches and group leaders.

The second half of the video shows a youth group going through all of the fun exercises and activities.

Produced with the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), VolleyTotz is a great addition to any athletic program whether in a school, day care center, summer camp, YMCA, Scouts, Junior Volleyball Program or Recreation Program setting.
