with Zack Esposito, Oklahoma State University Associate Head Coach;
2005 NCAA Champion and 3x All-American at Oklahoma State; 3x Big 12 Champion;
2x High School National Champion at Blair Academy

Zack Esposito's wrist ride series will turn average wrestlers into dominating pinning machines. This is a very physical ride that is extremely punishing to the bottom man and, if done correctly, will all but guarantee a pin.

Coach Esposito tells how he learned the single wrist ride at Blair Academy (where he won two national prep titles) and how he further developed it while at Oklahoma State, where it became his favorite riding technique. He uses a step-by-step analysis of everything from how to get on your opponent from the starting position to how to properly hold the wrist to maximize the wrist ride series. He also troubleshoots a variety of situations wrestlers can get into using this series.

Breakdowns -
Coach Esposito begins with a discussion of several types of breakdowns, including a spiral and claw, to get into the wrist ride position. He shows how small adjustments in the top referee's position can be made to beat an opponent to the whistle. Learn the proper position for the inside wrist series and how to best utilize your hands and body to prevent your opponent from countering your top work.

Turns -
This series teaches wrestlers how to use their whole bodies as leverage to isolate an opponent's arm. This makes it easier to slide an arm through and attack an opponent, earning easy back points. Coach Esposito goes through more than 10 different ways-half nelson, arm bar, Olympic bar, OverBar turns, a snake or Cow Catcher, and even some tilts-to turn an opponent by using their reaction to the wrist ride. What's really helpful about these turns is the fact that they come off reactions, which helps coaches develop chain wrestlers.

Coach Esposito does an excellent job explaining to athletes and coaches alike how the wrist ride series can help turn a wrestler into a pinning machine. He breaks down techniques so that even the beginning wrestler or coach can understand the wrist ride series.

Becoming dominant from the top position is critical to becoming a champion wrestler. Learn the dominant wrist ride series that has helped many high school and collegiate athletes find success.
